Scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes, peppers, and bacon.

Two eggs cooked to order, roasted potatoes, red peppers, bacon, sausage, and toast, topped with sausage gravy.

 

Build Your Own Omelet          

Start with 3 eggs and cheddar cheese then choose meat and/or veggies.

Meat: Bacon, Ham, Sausage     

Veggies: Peppers, onion, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, jalapenos

Wedge Salad    

Wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce with chopped bacon, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles dressed with bleu cheese dressing.

 

Beet Salad      

Fresh garden beets on mixed greens, dried cranberries, shaved almonds, and goat cheese crumbles all dressed in our honey raspberry vinaigrette. 

 

Caesar Salad 

Romaine with seasoned croutons, dressing, and parmesan cheese. 

 

House Salad           

Mixed greens with cucumber, tomato, carrots and goat cheese

Sgt. Floyd Elk Burger           

Lean ground elk on a rustic brioche bun with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato and Sriracha mayo.

 

Columbia Bison, (buffalo) Burger        

Lean ground buffalo served with a rich Tzatziki (cucumber) sauce, spinach, tomato, onion, goat cheese and pepperoncini on a rustic brioche bun.

 

Classic Clark Burger 

Lean ground beef burger on our rustic brioche bun with cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion, pickle, and tomato Sriracha mayo.

 

The Lewie Reuben     

Thinly sliced pastrami, pepper jack cheese, house made dressing, sauerkraut, and pickles on sliced grilled marbled rye.     

       

French Dip       

Roast beef, crispy fried onion and provolone or swiss cheese on a ciabatta bun served with Au Jus.

 

Chicken Caesar Wrap       

Tomato basil tortilla with a mix of Caesar dressing, Romaine hearts, grilled chicken, and Parmesan cheese. 

 

Charbonneau Wrap   

Wild salmon with goat cheese, spinach, tomato, ground pepper, red onion, pickle and wrapped in a sundried tomato tortilla with sriracha mayo.

 

Veggie Wrap    

Fresh sundried tomato wrap filled with fresh veggies, goat cheese, and hummus.
